The Wonders of Cranio Sacral Therapy!

CranioSacral Therapy- What is it and how does it work? It is a modality of healing that is based on the flow of spinal fluid around the brain and spinal cord. This fluid is contained inside the Dura Mater, the outer layer of the meninges. Through gentle palpation, the rhythm of the fluid is used to detect blockages or tension. Once detected, a gentle hold or movement is applied allowing the blockage or tension to be released. It is a very gentle and effective therapy that is comfortable for most people. The client lays fully clothed, face up on the massage table during the treatment. The health of the brain and spinal cord directly affect a persons overall health. CST addresses the whole body, not just specific areas. CST is helpful for migraines, TMJ syndrome, back & neck pain, fibromyalgia, stress, chronic fatigue, PTSD and many other conditions.
